Makan, Minum, Main! 民以食为天!

Every time when come to Chinese New Year, we will avoid eating too much or "Politely Decline" offer by family members or friends. We are worry that we might put on a few "Kilogram" of lemak after CNY. On top of that, we normally will avoid some of the "HOT" food...

But recently, I read a article from a very reputable magazine it listed down the following foods that you can enjoy and worry no about your weight if you follow the advise of the experts. The following are the 10 bad items that you SHOULD eat, drink and enjoy! What? "Bad items that I should eat?" YES! see the list:

  1. PIZZA
  2. ICE CREAM
  3. BANANA
  4. CHOCOLATE
  5. COFFEE
  6. PEANUT BUTTER
  7. EGG
  8. BEEF
  9. DUCK
  10. CHEESE
