Steamed Tin Kai with Essence of Chicken

Inspired by Erin's Kitchen "Kung Pao Tin Kai", I went and bought Frog and since time was limited, came out with this Chicken Essence Frog.

Ingredients:
Tin Kai
Slices of young ginger
1 bottle of chicken essence

Marinate:
1/2 teaspoon salt

1. Lay the ginger first before arranging the Tin Kai onto it

2. Steam it together with a bottle of chicken essence for 7 minutes

3. Remove from the wok and open the chicken essence and pour onto the frog

and in less than 10 minutes time, you are ready to eat!!

Told my "Very Big Boss" not long ago about this one, she said very "good" for man....double "Po" ~~double nutrition with Tin Kai + essence of chicken~~) Try it, you will love it! All the essence of Tin Kai (all the sweetness from the frog goes into the soup) + all the essence of chicken = a very good food to reward yourself after a long day!

Good Food in Setapak/Gombak/Melawati (Pt 3)

This is the last one on Setapak Jaya.

You know why most people love to go Pasar for marketing? Because that's where you catch up with friends and neighbours in the neighbourhood. But for me, a son of a fishmonger who grown up smelling the so-called "smelly" environment of pasar, I have special feeling about Pasar, espeially towards the people and "food" of course!

Besides, Pasar is the place where you can bargain and sometime get some freebies with surprise and anything from A to Z!

I spotted this durian seller when they unload the durian from the lorry, so follow the Silver-hair uncle, it wont be wrong, let's see

Ah-Pek checking his choices

My turn pula...

3 steps only: Shake it! Smell it! and Use your finger nail to touch the "duri" and hear the sound! haha, Keng-leh...

3 for RM6 only!!

and the end result:

Satisfying!!
